Cancun Day 1...

 Our trip started off early with our flight leaving at 7 in the morning.  Everything went well and we weren't rushed at any point which is a nice relief.

 We flew with Frontier and after leaving Denver to Cancun we flew on Sheldon the Sea Turtle.

 The first sighting of Cancun! We were both in awe of the color of the water!

 While flying into Cancun it was nothing like we expected.  All we could see was jungle everywhere we thought we were landing in the middle of it.  We were happy to finally see there was actually an airport. We landed safely and made our way through customs which again went very smoothly.  After being bombarded with a bunch of people trying to get us to stay in there timeshares we found the company we booked our trip through- Lomas Travel- and took us to our resort.

 We were a little frustrated when we arrived because it was so HOT and HUMID and we had no idea where anything was, our resort was huge and we were starving and tired after our travels and trying to find people who spoke English was nearly impossible.  After a few minutes we finally got the hang of how the resort worked and we were able to find the buffet area and eat.  The rest of the night was spent looking around our resort and of course on the beach.
